No. We say if you cannot prove something you have no reason to believe it. According to your reasoning if I went out today convinced that I was in fact a pink elephant from the 5th dimension, that claim would have equal validity to yours. Why? Well because I can't prove it!

Enlightenment does not spring from ignorance.
