I agree we need 'scientific rigor'? Every flawed proposition has bad logic anyway. But bad information is actually driving the current rush to consume the biosphere, so we must not ignore the importance of bad logic. We may even have to consider defining some versions of God as exceedingly powerful but "a stranger to reason."

My God is not a dumb creature of mob prejudice, but that god does seem to be around sometimes.

3 By "gentle" questions, I meant "well-born" or even "womanly". Not harsh or violent, since true, powerful equations are subtle things.
Who is to decide, you ask? Well, who is to answer that question? We have a Constitution, but I observe many do not respect it, even if they are paid by it.
