The most complete natural law we have is General Relativity. It explains everything on the universal scale. It points to the existence of a creation event, the big bang. It points to the existence of black holes. It explains everything macroscopic down to the quantum level.
Without doubt it is the best natural law we have.
It's principal consequence is that nothing can go faster then the speed of light, and only massless particles can travel at the speed of light. Anything that breaks this law, the law of the speed of light, would have to be put into the supernatural category and deemed not worthy of scientific pursuit, just like perpetual motion machines are in this category.

Now if we can agree that anything that breaks the law of the speed of light is supernatural, then we will have a basis for discussing the supernatural. Whether you consider the discussion scientific or not is up to you.
