Isn't Social Behavior Governed By Brain Chemistry Of Individuals

And is not brain chemistry (as any chemistry) governed by quantum mechanics of interacting charges (electrons, ions, atoms, molecules)?

What else is there?

And if QM is mechanics of waves (therefore "wavy" electrons and atoms should obey the uncertainty principle), then why can't brain be to some degree uncertain too? (Still in full agreement with math).

Therefore why can't brain be illogical, or lie, or act suicidally, etc. (Although, as to lie, usually people lie due to perfectly logic reasons - self preservation, thus a lie is not nesesserely a product of uncertainty principle).
