Whenever I get into a prolonged argument with someone (Harv, for instance) I get the impression that the majority of our disagreements tend to be ones of semantics. Or, more specifically, the definition of God. I tend to think of a sentient, omnipotent (or if not omnipotent then at almost) being. I know this can't be the case for everyone, since Harv often says that Aledx is a theist for believing in a fundamental mathematical order. So I was just curious, for anyone who wants to reply: when you hear the word "God," what do you think of? |
