Mercury's perihelion precesses and how to derive the formula for synchronizing GPS satellite and ground based clocks using General Relativity. Scientists didn't use the Gallilean transformation equations, to do it, because they are invalid. General Relativity doesn't give a wrong answer, it gives the right answer. The only thing you need to know is where the clocks are and their relative motion.
rsatellite clock=26.6x106meters
rEarth clock=6.4x106meters
There is plenty information about the GPS on the net.
