Christopher Columbus sailed around the world in 1492 amid a lot of discussion that he would fall off the face of the earth because the earth was flat. Columbus argued that the earth was round. What our history books and public schools will not tell us is the reason Columbus knew the earth was round. Columbus read his Bible. The Holy Bible. The same Bible that details the Great Flood and Christ's plan of salvation. This same Bible also noted that the earth was indeed round some 2000 years before Columbus. Isaiah 40:22.
