It has been known since Godel that science can only prove first order things like geometrical theorems, but cannot prove second order things like arithemetic. So science is so limited that almost all that is known from science cannot be proven. All science can do is provide evidence that would for example stand up in court.

So rather than talk about proof, which is impossible, let's just talk about evidence.

The best evidence I have for an intelligent supernatural, it does not have to be a single intelligence (if it were, then there would be no room for me-think about that) is the sheer amount of coincidences that shape our lives.
