I am not qualified to review papers in relativity. But I have orinted it out and will read it. Your answer is correct. But that was too easy. I must have forgatten some aspect of the problem.

Are you at CERN? If so, you should havr no problems getting your paper into the Cornell archives. Are you the Willim Cao who was born in China but grew up in NYC?
