Harv,

Let us now suppose that you can explain your "Mental Image of the Universe" to me via the communication channels open between us. That is, that your "Mental Image of the Universe" is a communicable concept. I will even allow the idea of what is communicable to include the possibility that the communication might take an infinite amount of time to complete.

Now, if your Mental Image of the Universe is not a communicable concept then I am not interested in it. My position is very simple: if it cannot be communicated to me, then why should I waste my time trying to understand it?

So I am reducing the issue to "communicable Mental Images of the Universe". I will agree that this is a major constraint but I believe it is a constraint which is unavoidable.

At this point, please let me know if you have any complaints with my position!

Have fun -- Dick
