Heisenberg's uncertainty relation only applies to a collection of past events viewed statistically. The future requires inductive logic- not logically valid.

Man's attempts to predict the future based on past observations becomes progressively weakened the smaller you go in the quantum micro-world, or the more complex you go in the macro-world.

Space, time, energy are but three dimensions and patterns built from a more basic level of 'distinctions'. Utilising other dimensions not accounted for in physics allows all manner of 'impossible activity' without any difficulty.

God, Existence; is there 'behind every photon; every blade of grass, every hair on your head, every acceleration. God is everywhere and everywhen; and reaches every n-dimension.

The state of physics you refer to when suggesting limits on God could be compared to mankind placing limits based on his limited understandings of thousands of years ago. Actually, with the modern understanding of complementarity and non-locality and unpredictability; it may become obvious that
our descriptions of the Universe are but one version of 3 is 1 existence-agreements; of which there are many other 'hyper-dimensions'; all underpinned by the ultimate 3 is 1 boundary-maker of Existence (God) Himself.

Since God, Existence, is all about self-determination, freedom, responsibility; God may answer prayers via a self-generated neuron-search engine, or even a global-
consciousness search pattern. Given the instant-action-at-a-distance results from Switzerland; might not even need outside-space/time dimensions to obtain some patterns. What I'm suggesting is; praying to God might be like sending instructions to the deeper consciousness of oneself to search for and utilise certain patterns.

God is Existence; so Universe is self-determining, free, in praise of Existence; freedom may be what is conserved.
