Incorrect (about having 2 photons "to tango").
In most cases it is 1 photon. When electron jumps from level to level, dipole radiation (=1 photon)is most frequent. Photon spin comes from the electron orbital spin (say 1-0 transition). Quadrupole transitions (0-0) with birth of 2 photons are much more rare.

When symmetry allows, you may even have 3 or more entangled photons radiated by one atomic electron, or by annihilating pair e-e+

When you accelerate electric charge its field has specific properties, different from field of non-moving charge and from field of moving with constant velocity charge. This particular field we label as "electromagnetic field" or "electromagnetic radiation" or "photon".

Magnetic field is not a part of a photon, magnetic field is what happens to electric field when a charde is moving (or when observer moves by stationary charge - does not matter). Lorentz transformation - and you have difference between electric field of static charge and electric field of moving charge, and we label this difference a "magnetic field". It is all about length contraction.
