Can Genetics Improve Human Nature And Abilities?

Evolution is a slow process: it takes about a 0.4-0.8 million years to make a new specie for a human.

Should we use GE (genetic engineering) to get rid of "bad" genes and to add "better" genes as well as new ones?

What genes would we like to change if we want?
