John,
I hope your right. I've lived over fifty years and have seen many times where the truth was not told to the public. Even when it, the truth, is found out, most of the time no one is held responsible.

Think of all the experiments the Army did with nuclear energy. Think of what happened to the African American in the Syphilis experiment in the 1930's and 40's.

We are all human beings, some times mistakes are made and some prefer to cover them up instead of admitting any wrongdoing.
