No matter how welcome we are to use all the tools in the shed with all the materials we find around us, and no matter how well we USE the tools, know their names and what purposes they have, i think the question will always remain "WHY is the shed HERE, and WHY us?

That and full knowledge of the 'nature of the Universe and all the Laws that govern it' does not necessarily exclude the existence of divine intervention, but may continue to be evidence of it. Except, perhaps, for those afraid to acknowledge there exists a higher power, because how embarrassing is that, what is to be done with that realization?

To answer your question, probably both camps will continue to go happily and contently to their graves, knowing they believed in the truth. But the time to choose is now. We don't get a 'second chance'.
