Please could somebody please explain to me why we as humans have some sort of "Parent" or divine leader. Why are we in his image. we as humans are merely living creatures as all others on this planet. god is a creation of man not the other way around. Gods have been created by man since the beginnings of our existence, tens of thousands of years ago. God or gods are merely the manisfestation of man`s desire to explain the world or universe around him. Look to life with an open mind and you will see the true beuty and miracle that life is. Not just the thoughts and actions of some "divine" being but the evoulution of simpler beginnings over time. We as a human race would benefit far greater if we would strive to explain the things we experience and imagine in a scientific or physical sense, instead of our primitive and historical view we call religeon. I refer you to how religeon changes and evolves like life to suit an ever technologically advanced and scientific way of life. Thousands of years ago much more difficult questions such as creation of life and consciousness were important and noted by gods but simpler ones to us but fantastical questions to them were explained by use of gods. i refer you to the Greeks and there many gods. Zeus (Thunder) etc. notions of a god directly causing thunder to our modern nation would make any religous person laugh, but therein lies the ultimate proof of gods inexistence, how he was created and how religeon has changed since our ancient times. Religeon is merely the manisfestation, the quickest answer to our most difficult of questions to answer.
