Abraham speaks with God in Genesis 18, and walks and talks with Him.
Abraham is not God.

There are many times which God does come in the Bible to protect the human line which He is to be born into.

But God is closer then that.

We are composed of His imagination.
We exist in His thoughts,
as does all we know as reality.
God can enter his own thoughts in any form He may choose.

Acts 17:27 partial
God did this so that men would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him though he is not far from each one of us. For in him we live and move and have our being.
