C'mon.

We are all going to die. Why didn’t Jesus just grant everyone the ability to live forever? He had the ability. The goal is not to live forever in our present condition but to escape the present condition through death.

In Christian teaching you don't live forever by throwing morality out the window (unless you believe in hell, then I guess you can throw morality out the window and still live forever).
