With all of these topics I think your missing one thing, we made all of these things up, time mass, energy etc not the stuff itself but the units, seconds etc. A famous quote goes something like this "time is something made up by man to measure its futile existance" I prefer "Time is something made up by man bacause its got too much available"
Anyway, I think there is only one real unit that can be counted and that is if everything, time, distance, weight, life, death, etc was put all together, like it is, you get one.
