Alan,

I also have the screaming in my head and it started with a lucid dream. However it is not jet plane loud, i have it all the time and I do not know how to slow it down. Meditation does not slow it down- just makes it louder and more complex.

Could you elaborate on how you got it to reduce pitch. I cannot even detect a pitch with mine . It seems more like white noise.
