Oh, I can see where you think I justify it, but really, I do not want to see it go on any more than yourself.

It is time to make changes, but these changes will be slow, they will be evolutionary (hopefully) and not de-evolutionary. They have to be 'real' changes for the better.

In theory, these changes are simple decisions (to simply be honest), but people are as complicated as they make themselves out to be.
