(AS): Can God make water into any molecule He chooses?

Greg: God has already determined the means by which all molecular structures can be combined. I am not a chemist, but I do not believe water is conducive to the making of every plausible molecular combination. What is your problem with the way God has already done things? Do you have a problem accepting God when He doesn't abide by your Biblical View?
