Weighted values:

1) honest (multiply by a value 1 to 10)
2) technically proficient (multiply by a value 1 to 10)
3) nice (on "our side") (multiply by a value 1 to 10)


If you do not heed these in assessing one another, you will be giving the keys of power to persons who should not have them...persons who will betray us.
