Which alternative better describes what you think:

a) The conflict between QM and relativity doesn't have to be solved
b) The conflict must be solved but Dick is not qualified for it
c) Dick is qualified but since his conclusions do not align with your view he can't possibly be right
d) Perhaps Dick is right, but since you're not qualified to evaluate the issue for yourself your only choice is to trust whomever you perceive to be the authorities on the issue
e) You'd rather not take a clear position

That's a sincere question. Look forward to your answer.
