You had better tell the US govt about these calculations so they can stop looking for intelligent life in the universe. Paul Horiwitz who heads the project would be especially interested.

We could also save lot's of money by not operating the radio telescopes that only occupy valleys between mountains. The observations of radio sources way out in the universe must be hoaxes. Even the CMBR must be a hoax by your calculations. Microwaves are not very different from radio waves.

Maybe you should recalculate before all radio astronomy is eliminated.
