Whether you choose to apply to religion, philosophy, or science, nonfalsifiability is simple: can real or imaginary variables disprove the hypothesis? To wit:

"All cows are black" = falsifiable.
" Panentheism accepts only true statements as true." = nonfalsifiable.

>>>"Luis is very willing to not answer questions which require a claim about this 'unknowable aspect of reality' in other areas where it is convenient to do so...">"Ask Luis whether electrons actually exist and he may avert that question.">"Ask him whether humans can have any knowledge of objective truth, and he might just plead the 5th.">"Poor Luis..."
