If God Was To Exist, Where Would He Hang Around?

Most likely well within Solar system, right? Because he needs to promptly reply to prayers (within a couple hours at most) and manage events on Earth "in real time".

But how about the rest of universe then? He is then millions of light years away from our nearest galaxy Andromeda and thus poor folks over there have to wait millions of years for answer (say, to save somebody, from a viral infection)?

(And, of course, god can not bent (not to say warp) space or even exceed speed of light - space can be bent by huge masses/energies which we would see, and speed of light in vacuum is a fundamental constant. Not to say that borroving so much energy from undetectable state (vacuum) for a long enough time (which is required to complete any significant mission) contradicts to Heizenberg uncertainty principle.)

Any thoughts about how god can run universe without violating basic natural laws?
