I have a Bible in front of me, and it says:

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2.And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3.And God said, Let there be ligh: and there was light
4. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

So, Earth with waters was created first, before the creation of light.

Also, light was NOT the Big Bang radiation: god simply created DAYLIGHT (=sunlight?) as says in the Bible:

And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called night. And the evening and morning were the first day.

Then He created plants on the third day, and later on the FORTH day He created Sun and Moon.

Also interesting, that according to the Bible, the first 3 days a daylight (=sunlight?), and evenings and mornings existed without Sun, because there was no Sun yet.
