I belive the first experiment indicates
a different way of looking at light rather than
having light travel faster than 186,000 miles per second. I don't have a complete handle on light and time. I however don't think the light could exit a medium before it enters. If so we need to
redifine the way time exsists for us.The real trick anyway is to get matter to travel faster
than light. Having light travel faster than light
is well comical.
