ok,
I agree with your explanation.
But if the speed of a particle crossing the event horizon is c, then its mass should be inifite and its size sould be 0
the mass should be m'=(gamma)m
and the size should be l'= l /(gamma)
with gamma = 1 / sqrt(1-v*v/c*c))

Are these formulaes still true ?
