Oh, come on. Are you really trying to justify that passage? I can guarantee you that the earth hasn't gone up that much in mass in a mere few thousand years. That's just ridiculous. Are you suggesting that earth's orbit slowed down by SIXTY PERCENT is such a short time?

Not to mention, hominids, as Harvey said, have been around for several million years. How do you explain this? And please, be coherent.
