Just look at nature without humans - space will stay, time will be counted by periodic processes like pendulum, or hydrogen atom, gravity still survives - planets will keep ellipsing, length keep contracting in full agreement with Einstein equations, black holes keep forming in full agreement with general relativity, photon will be still the solution of QED equations, Pithagor theorem stll say that a^2+b^2=c^2, and sin^2+cos^2 will still be equal to 1, hydrogen atom structure will still obey Shredinger equation, F still be equal ma and on, and on and on. Or do you think, Pithagor theorem will be invalid and hydrogen atom will no longer obeys Shredinger equation?

There will be no concepts, religions, opinions, philosophies, theories, hypothesis, etc. Only mathematical Universe we call physics will be there: conservation of energy as a mathematical consequence of time symmetry, relativity as a result of invariance of space-time interval, etc., etc.
