What phase of evolution from primitive INORGANIC atoms to complex system like liver or brain do we call life?

Atoms->molecules->simple organic molecules (CN3, CH4,CNO,C2H5OH, etc) ->medium complexity organic molecules (sugars, fats, oils, amino-acid bases, etc) -> more complex molecules (short chains of amino acids, light proteins, short RNA, etc)->very complex molecules (large proteins, long RNA, short and long DNA) -> self-replicating systems -> primitive sub-sell self replicating systems-> cell systems->multicell cystems consisting of the same cells->multicell systems of different cells->primitive plants->primitive plantoanimals->primitive animals-> more complex animals -> fish -> reptiles -> birds and incects ->mammals -> apes -> pre-humans -> humans -> post-humans - > post-post humans -> so on

So, at which phase you start calling chemical system of growing complexity and functions a "life"?
