some pretent we do have. Look at the founders, study them carefully. Jefferson, most of them were deists who prescribed to no specific religion at all and did not live religious lives by any means.

Your interpretation of the first amendment is limited. You pretend it only protects my right to practice the religion of my choice, which is accurate. But it also prohibits the government from respecting any establishment of religion. Our government is not supposed to endorse any religion. If it is, which one would you like to see?

This is just the point, it wasn't on the currency until the late 1800s and further in the 1900s. It clearly was not on it during the founding, it was put on it by people of your political philosophy who want a Church of America and hide behind actions as those of founders when in fact they were actions hundreds of years after our founding. Our founders were trying to escape religious governments, lets not forget that.
