Your basic argument seems to be as follows:

"Since we are by nature subjective beings, our view of truth will be by definition subjective. By extension, both science and religion have degrees of subjectivity. Therefore, science is as flawed as religion."

Errr..... no. Okay, so the absolute truths of the universe may never be completely understood. Okay, so science has some degree of subjectivity. However, that's like comparing some guy who sets out mousetraps to Adolf Hitler. Do both involve some killing and suffering? Yes. Are they completely different in every other way? Yes. Are they on the same plane of existence? No. Not even close. You argument exists for its own sake: "Look at me!"
