Sorry, but I worked in lasers, and we made measurements that refute your ideas.

You have a hypothesis, but not in the Newton sense. Your hypothesis can be falsified and it has been falsified.

So rather than invent your own laws of nature and then claiming that no one else knows the laws of nature, why not just buy into the same belief system as all of us scientists and believe in the theory of general relativity. It gives us a common ground to speak upon.
