Don't tell, don't ask.

Think what may happen if competition will find it out? First Japan, then Europe, then China, and finally all others will start making juicier hot dogs and crustier buns, and the USA's hot dog industry will collapse quickly.

Next, all gas stations and fast food chain will collapse in a domino effect too. Then all car industry will be out of business.

In a few hours after that hangry and angry crowd will crush the government.

So this is the national-level top priority secret. So, as a bare minimum, all the copies of manuscript should be taken back from circulation, labeled by the 72-point font size neon-red "burn before you read it" stamp, and only then returned back to circulation or sold in specially built stores with security cameras in restrooms. They make nice Internet high resolution mini-cameras now, which you can incorporate right into the toilet.

But, sure you can post the manuscript on the Internet - nobody takes Internet seriously anyway.
