Well, because specifics are so subjective and human, let's just define God in the most basic terms: if the universe is guided or was created by any outside entity, I would consider that entity God. Note: an entity, not a force. In order for me to consider something God it must be sentient. Everything else is just frills.

What do YOU think constitutes God? Everyone's ideas differ.
