In your example, you comapared man-made changes (the cave-wall) to a natural ocurrence (A branch falling) and to the stars, colors, energy etc. But we can readily explain through the laws that govern our universe these natural happenings. I don't see any intent in those examples you provided. Now, if we saw a symbol or a cross or something on the surface of every star or galaxy, THAT would be something, but alas, we don't. My question is, where do YOU see the will and intent in nature?
