Luke 16

In the parable of the beggar and the rich man both are stuck where they are.
The beggar and Moses in a good place and the rich man in torment.
When the request is made by the rich man to send somebody back to earth he is told it will do no good that they must hear Moses (the Bible).
There is no statement that someone returning to earth us commonplace.
If the rich man was to be sent back why was he not told so?

I am only using red letter sections so you will not have a problem with the text.

Jesus said “he didn’t come to change the law but to fill the law.” “Every period and comma”.

The entire Bible was orchestrated by God.

Removing this part or that part will not change what was said.

Jesus taught that the vast majority of humanity will go to hell because they will not be willing to agree to Gods terms, which requires humility. Luke 7:13 and 14

It is my opinion that we should attempt to make peace with God on His terms instead of trying to find a technical loophole.

Jesus had a poor view of those who try to sneak over the fence. John 10:1
