"Jesus told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. "The owner's servants came to him and said, 'Sir, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?'" 'An enemy did this,' he replied. "The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?' " 'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.'"

1. All of the parables which Jesus intrepreted had only one meaning.

2. If the parable had another meaning why didn't Jesus indicate that it did."

No, look at the parable. It is about an 'owner' who owns a 'field'. God is the creator of the universe, so he is aptly described as the owner. The enemy is Satan, and he goes to and fro within the 'earth' (i.e., a word used to indicate the natural world in scripture, which is the whole universe). The 'harvest' is the Judgement, and the Judgement applies for the entire universe, not just the epoch following Jesus' lifetime on earth. The 'barn' is the new heavens and new earth, so it also corresponds to the universe that replaces this physical one.

I think the parable applies to the universe. I'd dare say that you won't accept it because you do not like the implications of what it says. Are you afraid of evolution of being right? What are you afraid of?
