Bohm first developed quantum field and pilot wave theory what supposed to explain everything, but later still considered that the implicate order is necessary. It's far from clear whether electron is complex or electron is a point and complexity is in the quantum field.

What I don't like are the "theories of consciousness" where is not explained why such systems supposed to achieve consciousness, and what are not implemented by any computer program. There also cannot be any theories of consciousness because consciousness is subjective, this is why there is artificial consciousness and why we must define the known objective abilities of consciousness to estimate whether some system can theoretically achieve these abilities.
