The ethics was also discussed in the Quantum Mind 2003 conference Yanniru pointed to. This is from the abstract "The biology of morality" of that conference:

"We will describe how our morality flows naturally from the biological state we are living in. Our biology and our morality are mutually interactive; a change in one changes the other. Another way of saying this is that changing either our morality or our biology changes both and changes who we are and what we do."

This maybe only my personal opinion when I read the abstracts, but perhaps it may be suggested that the organisers of the conference could somewhat be more selective of what they include.
