I didn't say that photons do not possess particle-like behavior. What I said is that the double-slit experiment with photons does not exhibit its wave-like behavior as an accumulated effect of particle-like behavior. Since we cannot isolate the experiment photon by photon, we cannot say whether the light source is emitting photon wave-like behavior or photon particle-like behavior. This is my whole point. With the double-slit experiment using electrons we get to know we are firing electrons individually and we are detecting electrons individually, YET we still see the wave-like property on an accumulated basis. This means that visible wave-like behavior can originate from quantum particles over time. What would be interesting is if the converse is also true, but I don't know of any quantum experiment that uses wave-like behavior to accumulate to a particle-like behavior. Do you?
