What Is The Process Nature Uses To Count

I lost you at this point:
"seems that "nature counts" in base "freedom" in the law of non-contradiction (in consciousness of existence). "

I have no idea what that means. How does nature have consciousness or freedom? What is base freedom? What law is the law of non-contradiction? How does all that relate to makking ceetain things uncertain and unceretain things certain.
