...the eating of the fruits are a disobedience to god. Thus man having no knowledge of good or evil decided to disobey God instead of obeying God by eating the fruit that God had seperated from man.

The fruit could have been almost anything really...
Don't move that stone.
Don't cross that line.
Don't "fill in blank."

It was not that the fruit in itself was bad, but that God had determinned that man couldn't have it.
