1) It wasn't Satan! The term is nachash (serpent), which is used exclusively in the Old Testament as a literal snake.

2) The tree of the knowledge of good and evil is about all knowledge, not morality! You don't even know what they did that was so wrong. Man took it upon themselves to judge if the garden truly was paradise, they couldn't trust god!

3) No where in the Old Testament does it say that they fell because of the fruit. They were fallen, going away from god well before it!
