Reality=fact ?

Is reality made by what people percieve to be true? If so, and reality=fact, then facts depend on what people percieve to be true. Facts do not have to equal truth. If facts=reality, and reality is not constant, but percieved, then facts are not truth, but they are simply how someone percieves reality. So if I percieve reality to be something different than you, and reality=facts, then 'facts' are not truth, because truth is constant.

Perhaps I should write right after I wake up :)
