My reaction is that Dummett did dwelve into the issues which you are discussing (e.g., private languages, dialects, sense, etc), but without knowing exactly what you are trying to ask (hence, the issue...) it is difficult for me to find responses by philosophers. The Dummett book "Seas of Language" which I own might have more material on this issue. I'll browse through it with your question in mind and see if either Dummett discusses it directly or references another work that does. I also have more references which might be helpful, although I don't know if you are seriously interested in buying the books.
