Whats wrong is Dick is confused about Einstein's model called relativity and what Einstein designed it to do. If Dick says Einstein made a mistake with how he modeled time in his model then he should be able to show how the model doesn't accurately model the the physical phenomena it makes predictions wrt. I would suspect you know less of relativity than Dick. No problem because you didn't make stupid comments about Einstein and not everybody understands relativity anyway.
